How many years of warranty does Eleva have?

Where is it made?

All Eleva components are of European origin and the boards are made in Spain.

What is the difference between Eleva One and Eleva Pro?

Eleva One is a simpler model, it has a motor and a load capacity of 70 kg. It supports boards up to 160 cm long and has a height range from 722 mm to 1210 mm. Its lifting speed is 25 mm/s.

Eleva Pro, on the other hand, has superior features. It has two motors and a load capacity of 100 kg. It supports boards up to 200 cm long and has a height range from 720 mm to 1265 mm. Its lifting speed is 38 mm/s and its assembly is very simple.

Can I buy just the structure and put my top on it?

Sure! In our store you can buy both the Eleva One structure and the Eleva Pro structure separately.

How do I know which is the perfect size for me?

In general, a desk should not be less than 0.96 square meters. If it is a rectangular table, the appropriate dimensions for it to be ergonomic are at least 120 centimeters wide and between 60 and 80 centimeters deep.

What is the maximum and minimum height reached by the lifts?

The Eleva Pro has a minimum height of 70.2 cm and can go up to 126.5 cm. The Eleva One works from 72.2 cm to 121.10 cm.

Instructions and Assembly

How can I mount my Eleva?

Assembling your Eleva is very easy, it will take you between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the model you choose. We will send you a manual with all the steps to follow and you will also be able to watch a video.

Where are the assembly instructions?

The instruction manual will arrive at home with your lift, but if you lose it or want to take a look at it before your order arrives, you can download it here:

How do I program my favorite heights?

Use the up and down buttons until you find the height you want to save. Press the M or Save button, depending on the model, and the number in which you want to save that height (1-4). Ready!

My Eleva is not working, what can I do?

Do not worry, if your Eleva does not respond you can follow the reset instructions that you will find in the manual. If you still have problems, you can call us and we will solve it together.

Can I contract the assembly of Eleva?

At the moment we do not offer assembly because, really, it is very simple! It will come with an instruction manual that you can easily follow and in a few minutes you will have it assembled. Likewise, if during the assembly you have any questions you can call us and we will help you.

About Shipping

How long does it take to get home?

Your Eleva will reach you within 24 - 48 hours.

International deliveries will take from 7 to 10 days.

Does it have any cost?

No, all shipments are free.

Can I schedule shipping for a specific date?

Sure! But remember to let us know as soon as you place your order so that we can take it into account.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, but we hope to be able to offer this service at some point.

Do you ship to the Balearic Islands?

Yes, you can place your order and receive your lift in the Balearic Islands.

Do you send to Ceuta and Melilla?

At the moment we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla, but we hope to be able to offer this service at some point.

Do you ship to Europe?

Our shipping is available to Portugal, France, Italy and Germany.

My order has not arrived within the correct period, what can I do?

We try to deliver all our orders within the stated time frame. However, there are many people involved in the path between you and your Eleva and we cannot promise that we will never have a small delay. If your Eleva takes more than 15 days to arrive, you can contact us so that we can locate the order.

With which company will it arrive?

It will arrive with Correos Express.

For international deliveries it will arrive with FedEx

What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?

Nothing happens, the transport company will make 2 delivery attempts and will contact you. If you have any questions, you can call us and we will provide you with the shipping code and the telephone number of your nearest office.

About the return

How can I return my Eleva?

Contact us within the 100-day trial period and request a return. We will make an appointment with you in the next 10 days for the collection, as soon as we collect the table we will return all the money you paid for it.

Remember that to collect it we will need the original packaging, so do not get rid of it until you decide that you and you are inseparable.

The 100-days trial period is not available for international orders.

Is there any cost to return the product?

As long as you return it within the 100-day trial period and you have kept the original packaging, the return will cost you absolutely nothing, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

If you have thrown away the packaging, we will charge €25 for a new one in which to pack your lift for return shipping.

The 100-days trial period is not available for international orders.

How long does it take to come and pick it up?

The collection period is 10 days, although we will always try to collect it as soon as possible.

When will I get my money back?

We will review your Eleva as soon as it arrives and we will make the deposit within a period of 7-10 business days.
