We will make an appointment at a time that suits you to collect the table, you will not have to pay anything or give any explanation.
A very simple process
Returning your Eleva is as easy as buying it:
- Contact us and request a return.
- Send us photos to see the condition of your Eleva.
- Store it in the same box in which it arrived and seal it to protect it during the return trip.
- The transport company will contact you to arrange the pick-up.
- As soon as we pick it up we will refund all the money you paid for it.
Some things to keep in mind:
The 100-day trial only applies to Eleva desks, chairs and accessories are not included. We do not accept returns on tables that are severely damaged. Please keep the packaging as it will be required for the return. The 100-day trial begins the day you receive the desktop at your home. Refunds apply only to the cost of the products. Shipping or installation costs will not be refunded.
