Move with it for 100 days and, if you don’t like it, return it.

Free returns

We’ll arrange a collection at a time that works for you. You won’t have to pay anything or give us any explanation.

A simple process

Returning your Eleva is just as easy as buying it:

  • Contact us and request a return.
  • Send us photos so we can check the condition of your Eleva.
  • Pack it in the same box it arrived in and seal it securely to protect it during the return journey.
  • The carrier will contact you to arrange a collection time.
  • As soon as we collect it, we’ll refund the full amount you paid for it.

A few things to keep in mind:

The 100-day trial only applies to Eleva desks. Chairs and accessories are not included.

We do not accept returns of desks that are severely damaged.

Please keep the original packaging, as it will be required for the return.

The 100-day trial begins on the day you receive the desk at your home.

Refunds only cover the cost of the products.

Shipping and installation costs are not refundable.
